The sauna house – sweating in style
There is nothing quite like a sauna for restoring warmth and wellbeing from head to toe. Set in the Krone garden, the sauna and relaxation rooms were designed by internationally renowned architect Bernardo Bader and are an architectural gem in their own right. But, no need to worry about coachloads of architecture students turning up for a closer look as the sauna is reserved exclusively for hotel guests.

There is every chance you will fall in love with our cosy fireside lounge, the perfect place for aperitifs and afternoon tea, a book to lose yourself in, animated conversation or a round of board games, all accompanied by the gentle crackle of the open fire. Pure contentment, in other words.
