The Bregenzerwald
In recent decades the Bregenzerwald community has put sustained effort into raising the quality of its agriculture, craft trades, summer and winter tourist industries, added value and infrastructure to international standards. If one can believe the P.R. strategists and the economists, this collective effort has largely succeeded. And now regional sentiment in the Bregenzerwald is increasingly reasserting the older values of culture and identity. The dark green forests, the clear rivers and the majestic mountains live on, serene and unchanging.
Bregenzerwald Guest Card
The Bregenzerwald Guest Card is your “ticket” to various mountain experiences. It is your unlimited ticket to take the cable car to the top as often as you like, is valid for environmentally-friendly rides on the public buses, and is your permit to refreshing, relaxing times in the outdoor swimming pools. The Bregenzerwald Guest Card is available to all visitors who spend at least three nights in the Bregenzerwald between 1 May and 31 October.
